Monetization
Sell passes, products and avatar items, follow your sales and earnings in the Creator Hub, and request a cash-out.

On NEO you earn Credits when players buy what you make. This page covers what you can sell, the share you earn, and the Creator Hub's Monetization page, where you follow sales and earnings and request cash-outs.
What you can sell#

These shares are the ones the Creator Hub shows next to each form. Prices are whole numbers of Credits from 0 to 1,000,000. See Game passes and developer products and Avatar items.
From sale to cash-out#
- A player buys your item. Your share goes into your Pending earnings straight away.
- After the hold of 60 days, which covers chargebacks, that share moves to Available.
- Available earnings can be spent on NEO like any other Credits, or cashed out.
Each sale moves on its own schedule: a sale from today becomes available 60 days from today.

Open Monetization from the Creator Hub's sidebar.
Numbers#

Sales#
The Sales table lists your 50 most recent sales, newest first:

Free items don't appear here: nothing was paid, so nothing was earned.
If you haven't sold anything yet, the page says "No sales yet" and suggests listing passes in your games or avatar items in the Marketplace.
Cash out#
The Cash out section exchanges earned Credits for money.
- Enter how many Credits to cash out in the Credits box.
- Choose Request payout.
The rules:
- Only Available earnings can be cashed out. Credits you bought, and earnings still pending, can't.
- The smallest cash-out is 1,000 Credits.
- Cashing out is only for adults (18 and older), going by the birthday on your account.
Your requests are listed under the form with Requested, Credits, Amount (in US dollars) and Status.
Where else you'll see earnings#
- The Dashboard has Sales · 7 days, Earnings and a 30-day Revenue chart.
- Each game's Analytics tab has a Revenue chart and Top sellers. See Analytics.
- Your Wallet shows Earned and Pending next to your purchased Credits, and the history of every movement. See NEO Credits and earnings.
